Mr. Tian Suning serves as the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served at China Netcom Group Corp (Hong Kong) Ltd, China Broadband Capital Partners LP, Lenovo Group Ltd, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co Ltd, Huayi Tencent Entertainment Co Ltd and Taikang Life Insurance Co Ltd.

Mr. Ouyang Ye has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, Mr. Ye served as Manager of Communications, Artificial Intelligence Systems Division of Verizon.

Ms. Huang Ying has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. Previously, she served as the General Finance Department Manager, the Deputy General Manager at China Mobile Communications Corp.

Mr. Liang Bin has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, Mr. Bin served as the general manager of the supporting business division for China Mobile, the Group president of the business division for China Telecom, the chairman and the president of the cloud information division, and the vice president of the China Unicom division, the Deputy General Manager of the Cable Division, and the General Manager of the Wireless Division of the Group.

Ms. Chen Mingshuang has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2026. Prior to this, she served as the vice president of the Company, chief information officer, general manager of the IT Administration Center and Head of the Information Security Committee. Previously, Ms. Mingshuang served as the Head of Research and Development at the China Aerospace System Engineering Co., Ltd.
