Asian Development Bank (ADB) is a development financial institution that provides financial assistance to its developing member countries (DMCs). ADB's key instruments comprise loans, guarantees, syndications, equity investments, and debt management products. The bank provides direct assistance to enterprises in developing countries through equity investments, guarantees, and loans. It also carries out public sector financing, private sector financing, financing partnerships, funds and resources, and projects and tenders. ADB also provides technical assistance to projects on public-private partnership (PPPs) training workshops for government officials. It has operations across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. ADB is headquartered in Mandaluyong, Manila, the Philippines.
