Asian Development Bank (ADB) is a development financial institution that provides financial assistance to its developing member countries (DMCs) and other stakeholders. ADB's instruments comprise loans, guarantees, syndications, equity investments and debt management products. The company also provides direct assistance to enterprises in developing countries through equity investments, guarantees and loans. The bank also involve in technical assistance projects on public-private partnership (PPPs) training workshops for government officials. It has operations in Bhutan, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Japan and Singapore. ADB is headquartered in Mandaluyong, Manila, Philippines.
