Mr. Mark Cloutier has been the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since February, 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and also Chief Executive Officer of the Brit Group. Previously, he served in several companies including at Alea Group as Chief Executive Officer, Overseas Partners Re as Chief Executive Officer and E.W. Blanch Insurance Services Inc as President. He started his career at Brouwer.

Mr. Henry MacHale has been the Group Chief Strategy Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Portfolio Director for First Party & Specialty, and worked as co-CUO AIUK for three years reporting to the UK Board of Directors. Previously, he worked in the role of Global Head of Specialty, and ran Aspen’s Crisis Management business for many years conducting business across the United States, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.

Mr. Aileen Mathieson has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2021. Earlier, she served as the Global Head of Insurance with Aberdeen Standard Investments. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Investment Officer with UK Life for Zurichand held various positions with Nucleus Financial Group plc, Standard Life Group, Diageo plc and EMI Music.

Mr. Bill Miller has been the Chief Actuarial Officer of the company since July 2021. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Actuarial at KPMG in Bermuda. Earlier, he worked as the Chief Actuary for its Risk Management & Foreign Casualty divisions at Chubb legacy ACE.

Ms. Jenny Kane has been the Group Chief Risk Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, she served as Chief Risk Office with Aspen Bermuda Limited. Earlier, she served with Prudential Regulation Authority.
