Mr. Andrea Sironi has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. His other position include Chairman of the AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research, Member of the board of directors of the Institute of International Political Studies (ISPI), of the Italian Social Foundation (FSI) and of EASL International Liver Foundation (Geneva). He is a Member of the International Advisory Council of Stockholm School of Economics, of the Advisory Board of Nova School of Business and Economics (Lisbon) and of the Advisory Board of Cometa.

Mr. Philippe Donnet has been the Group Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since March 2016. He was also appointed as the Chairman of Generali Italia S.p.A. on May 12, 2016. He serves as Manager in charge of the Internal Control and Risk Management System in the company. He is a Co-founder of investment management company HLD in Paris. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Generali Italia and Country Manager of Italy from 2013 to May 2016. Mr. Donnet served as the Chief Executive Office of the Asia-Pacific Region of the AXA Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AXA Japan from 2003 to 2006 and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Southern Europe, the Middle East, Canada and Latin America from 2001 to 2003. Earlier, Mr. Donnet, served as the Chief Executive Officer at AXA Re and AXA Assicurazioni.

Ms. Monica Alessandra Possa has been the Group Chief Human Resource and Organization Officer at the company since 2013. Prior to joining the company, she worked at RCS Media Group as the Group Human Resource and Organization Director. Prior to this, she worked at Omnitel (later Vodafone) from 1999, in various positions, including Head of Human Resource for Italy, Head of Human Resource for South Europe and Head of Human Resource for the SEMEA Region. Ms. Possa also served at The Boston Consulting Group as a Management Consultant.

Mr. Simone Bemporad has been the Group Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer of the company since January 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Leonardo. Formerly, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Chairman at Enel, Piero Gnudi. Earlier, he served as a Press Officer Transport Federation of the Italian General Confederation of Labour.

Mr. Francesco Martorana has been the Group Chief Investment Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Generali Insurance Asset Management from 2017 to 2021.
