Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad: Executives

Mr. Tunku Ali Redhauddin ibni Tuanku Muhriz has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Previously, he served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and Director of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Currently, Mr. Tunku also serves as the Chairman at International Medical University (IMU), Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) and XCL Education Malaysia.

Ms. Grace Lee Hwee Leng has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer of Aeon Co. (M) Bhd from 2021 to 2023. Ms. Hwee also served as the Head of Process Improvement, Group Financial Controller, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Go Shop and Chief Transformation Officer at Astro.

Mr. Mauro di Pietro Paolo has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he worked for more than 20 years within Sky Deutschland, Sky Italia and Foxtel.

Ms. Christinne Lim has been the Chief Marketing Officer at the company since July 2026. Previously, she held senior leadership roles across content, marketing, premium business and corporate finance at the company. Prior to this, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at S P Setia Berhad. Earlier, she began her career with PwC.

Ms. Naziatul Shafeenaz Nasruddin has been the Chief People Officer at the company since August 2025. Previously, she held leadership roles in companies such as Prudential, Sime Darby, Willis Towers Watson, Axiata Group Berhad and Boost Holdings (subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad). Earlier, she began her career in management consulting with global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young.
