Mr. Patrick Goepel has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Patersons Global Payroll. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Human Resource Services Division for Fidelity Investment from 2006 to 2008, and Chief Executive Officer and President of Advantec from 2005 to 2006. Earlier, he also worked as the Executive Vice President for Business Development and US Operations of Ceridian from 1994 to 2005. Currently, Mr. Goepel serves as a Director of SafeGuard World International, Clearfield Inc, Summit Hosting Holdco, LLC and APPD Investments.

Mr. John Pence has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operation Officer in several companies, including Mobi Corp from 2010 to 2017, and Beneplace LLC from 2018 to 2020. He has 30 years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, and operations at a variety of both publicly traded and privately held technology companies.

Mr. Yasmine Rodriguez has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to Asure, she served as Vice President of Product Management and RPA at?OneSource Virtual. Yasmine also held positions as Vice President and Co-Founder of Crystal Solution at TaxEx, ADP and?MasterTax.

Mr. Eyal Goldstein has been the Chief Revenue Officer and President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Insight Venture Partner’s FilmTrack from 2013 to 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Goldstein served as the Executive Vice President of DAZ Systems. He served as the Regional Vice President of Oracle Corp, and Vice President of Ceridian Corporation.
