Mr. Michael V. Schrock has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He serves as a senior operating advisor of Oak Hill Capital Partners. He served as the President of Water Technologies Americas and President of the Pump and Pool Group and President and Chief Operating Officer at Pentair Technical Products at Pentair. Prior to joining Pentair, Mr. Schrock held numerous senior leadership positions at Honeywell International Inc. Currently, he serves as a Director of SafeFleet Corporation and Plexus Corporation.

Mr. William E. Waltz has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Group President of the Atkore Electrical Raceway segment at the company. Mr. Waltz served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Strategic Materials Inc from 2009 to 2013. He served as the President of Pentair Flow Technologies at Pentair plc. Mr. Waltz serves as a Director of Quanex Building Products Corporation.

Mr. John Deitzer has been the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance at the Electrical business unit and held various positions at Alcoa Corporation, PPG Industries, and H.J. Heinz Company. He has extensive experience in investor relations and corporate strategy.

Mr. Daniel Kelly has been the General Counsel, Secretary, and Vice President of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as a strategic legal officer at ITT Corporation and Xylem, Inc. enterprises. He held various roles at Xylem including acting General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation and Contracts. He was the Vice President and General Counsel of ITT Fluid and Motion Control and the Vice President and General Counsel of ITT Defense Electronics and Services. Mr. Kelly also served as the Deputy General Counsel and Director of Field Legal Support at ITT Corporation.

Ms. Angel W. Lowe serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. He served as the Vice President-Group Human Resources. Earlier, Ms. Lowe served as the Vice President-Human Resources for all electrical-related businesses within the company. He joined the company in 2014 as Vice President-Human Resources for Atkore’s plastic pipe and conduit strategic business unit. Previous to Atkore, Ms. Lowe held human resources roles with progressive responsibilities at Trinity Industries, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Reckitt Benckiser.
