Mr. Doron Nevo has been the Chairman and Director of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at MultiVu from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, Mr. Nevo served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KiloLambda Technologies from 2001 to 2018. Earlier, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NKO, Inc and Clalcom Ltd.

Mr. Shabtai Adlersberg has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 1993. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company and Vice President of Engineering at DSP Group and Advanced Technology.

Mr. Niran Baruch has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer in 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Baruch served as International Controller at Check Point Software Technologies from 2002 to 2005 and as Controller at Gilat Satellite Networks from 2000 to 2002. Earlier, he served as Audit Manager at Ernst and Young in Israel from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Ofer Nimtsovich has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Services of the company from 2013 to 2018. Mr. Nimtsovich also served as the Chief Information Officer, Executive Vice President of Global Services and Head of the Software as a Service Division at Retalix.

Mr. Lior Aldema has been the Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as Director of the company from 2018 to 2022 and as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Global Sales from 2012 to 2017. Mr. Aldema also served as an Officer in the Technical Unit of the Intelligence Corps at Israeli Defense Forcesx.
