Dr. Michele Baker Richardson serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Mr. Dominic Nakis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He handles the financial plans, strategies, and operations of Advocate Aurora Health. Prior to this, he served various positions in Ernst & Young. Mr. Nakis served as member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Hospital Association Investment Committee in 2022 and 2021. Earlier to this, he also served as Chairman of 5 Metro Chicago Heart Walk in 2015.

Mr. Bill Santulli serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he as been the Chief Executive Officer at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital from 2001 to 2003; Chief Operating Officer of the Academic Medical Center at the New England Medical Center (NEMC), Boston. He has also served in various leadership roles with Iowa Health System in Des Moines, UniHealth America in Los Angeles, and Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington. He has served as a Chairman of the Illinois Hospital Association and Executive Director of American College of Healthcare.

Dr. Shoeb Sitafalwalla serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Good Shepherd Hospital; Medical Director of the South Asian Cardiovascular Center. He has also held various leadership roles including for Advocate Aurora’s LiveWell app and Health Equity Council.

Dr. Bobbie Byrne is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Medical Officer of Edward Elmhurst Health; as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Clinical Solutions for Eclipsys Corporation (now Allscripts); and as Senior Manager in the healthcare consulting division Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young.
