Chairman Executive BoardMr. Peter Mason AM has been the Chairman of AusNet since 2016. He currently serves as the Director of The Centre for Independent Studies and Chairman of the UBS Australia Foundation. Previously, he served as the Director of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd from 2010 to 2019. Prior to joining AusNet, Mr. Mason served as the Chairman of AMP Limited from 2005 to May 2014; and Chairman of David Jones Limited from 2013 to 2014.
Mark Ellul
Chief Financial Officer Senior ManagementMr. Mark Ellul has been the Chief Financial Officer of AusNet since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the senior corporate accounting and audit and assurance roles at Telstra and KPMG. In addition, he also serves as member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (“CAANZ”) and a former member of the CAANZ Victorian Corporate Advisory Panel.
