Mr. Andrew Anagnost has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since June 2017. Prior to this, he held various positions at the company, including Co-Chief Executive Officer from February 2017 to June 2017; Chief Marketing Officer from December 2016 to June 2017; and Senior Vice President of Business Strategy & Marketing from March 2012 to June 2017. Previously, he also served as the Vice President of Product Suites and Web Services from December 2009 to March 2012; Vice President of CAD/CAE products for the manufacturing division from March 2007 to December 2009. Earlier, he held various senior management positions at EXA Corp and Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Co. Mr. Anagnost joined the company in September 1997.

Mr. Janesh Moorjani has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since December 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Elastic NV. Previously, he worked at Infoblox, VMware, Cisco, PTC, and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Steve M. Blum has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions at the company, including Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer from December 2020 to January 2022, and Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer from August 2020 to December 2020. Previously, he also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer from December 2020 to January 2022, and as Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer from August 2020 to December 2020. Mr. Blum served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services from February 2011 to September 2017, and Senior Vice President of Americas Sales from January 2003 to February 2011 of the company. Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Account Management at Parago, Inc. Mr. Blum also held positions at Mentor Graphics, including Vice President of Americas Sales. He held engineering and sales positions at NCR Corporation and Advanced Micro Devices. Mr. Blum joined the company in January 2003.

Ms. Kris Diamond serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she was the Chief Accounting Officer at Veeva Systems. Previously, she held several leadership roles at Autodesk, including Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Transformation. Kris began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in Detroit.

Mr. Mike Kelly has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Red Hat. He was also the Operating Partner and Chief Information at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z).
