Mr. Yan Lingxi has been the Chairman of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the company from December 2021 to February 2023. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the company from February 2018 to March 2019. Earlier, he served as Chairman of AVICOPTER. He also served as Director of the securities and legal department, Secretary of the Board and Assistant General Manager of AviChina Industry & Technology Company from April 2004 to August 2016. Prior to that, he served as Head of the Office of the Board of Directors, the Deputy director of Capital Management Department of AVIC, the Deputy General Manager and the Secretary of AVIC Industry-Finance from October 2016 to February 2018. He also served as Director of AVICOPTER from August 2014 to September 2016.

Mr. Wang Jingmin has been the Chief Financial Officer (Accounting Officer) of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Director of Culture Center of AVIC and Director and Deputy General Manager of AVIC Culture Co., Ltd. He also served as a Director of Corporate Finance Department of AVIC, Director of the Financial Management Department of AVIC Helicopter. Previously, he served as the Chief staff member of the Financial Audit Department, Chief staff member of the Finance Department, and the Deputy Director and Director of the Corporate Finance Department of AVIC II. He also served as the accountant of the Finance Department of Beijing Changkong Machinery Co., Ltd. in 1966.
