Mr. Jeffrey M. Soinski has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since December 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Medical Imaging Holdings and its primary operating company Unisyn Medical Technologies until its acquisition by GE Healthcare in May 2013. Previously, he served as the Director of Medical Imaging Holdings and its remaining operating company Consensys Imaging Service until its acquisition in October 2017. Mr. Soinski also served as a Special Investment Partner since October 2016 for Galen Partners.

Mr. Himanshu Patel has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2013. He has an experience of more than 25 years developing medical devices, principally for cardiovascular and peripheral artery disease treatment. Mr. Patel founded Avinger in 2007. Prior to Avinger, he led research and development activities as the Director of Advanced Technologies at FoxHollow.

Mr. James G. Cullen has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Director and the Chairman of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Cullen also served as the President, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Bell Atlantic Corporation from 1993 to 2000. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic-New Jersey from 1989 to 1993. Currently, he also serves as the Director of Keysight Technologies.
