Mr. Philip R. Gallagher has been the Chief Executive Officer, President of Electronic Components, and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from July 2020 to November 2020. He was appointed as the President of Electronic Components at the company in 2018. Previously, he served as the President of Core Distribution Business from 2017 to 2018 and Global President of Technology Solutions from 2009 to 2014 and the President of Electronic Marketing Americas from 2004 to 2009 at the company. Mr. Gallagher started his career with the company in 1982 and held executive leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations. Earlier, he served as the President of Americas Sales and Marketing at TTI from 2016 to 2017.

Mr. Kenneth A. Jacobson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. He joined the company in 2013 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Previously, Mr. Jacobson worked as the Director of External Reporting and Accounting Research at First Solar Inc from 2011 to 2013. He also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Leng Jin Chan has been the Chief Information Officer and a Senior Vice Prersident of the company since 2021. He was appoints as the Chief Information Officer of the company in 2019. Since joining Avnet in 2013, he served in various roles including the Vice President of Information Technology Global Supply Chain from 2016 to 2019 and Vice President of Information for Avnet Technology Solutions, a former business unit of the company, in Asia from 2013 to 2016. Before this, Mr. Chan held several Information Technology leadership roles, including the Chief Information Officer, Asia at VF Corporation from 2008 to 2010 and Vice President of IT Global Supply Chain, Building Efficiency at Johnson Controls International from 2001 to 2008 and 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Michael R. McCoy has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President, and General Counsel of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the General Counsel of International from 2019 to 2020. He also served as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, EMEA General Counsel and corporate secretary from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he worked at two international law firms. Mr. McCoy joined the company in 2010.

Mr. Ken E. Arnold has been the Chief People Officer and a Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served in various executive positions including Vice President of Human Resources from 2009 to February 2019 and Director of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and HR Services from 2007 to 2009. He also worked with Iron Mountain and Citicorp.
