Avon’s R&D activities focus on advancing new technologies and providing innovative military technology products. It also focuses on maintaining leadership in creative technology and supporting advancements in product performance and capabilities through partnerships with key universities and industry players. The R&D team continues targeting the underwater market with leading rebreather technology to expand the customer base beyond NATO countries. As of September 2025, Avon Protection had 37 granted patents, 28 patents pending, and 22 design registrations, whereas Team Wendy had 35 granted patents, six patents pending, and 23 design registrations.
