Mr. Antoine Gosset-Grainville has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. He co-founded BDGS Associés (law firm) in April 2013. Prior to this, he served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Caisse des Dépôts group from February to July 2012 and was appointed as Deputy Managing Director of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in charge of finance, strategy, investments and international operations in 2010. In 2007, he became Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the French Prime Minister, in charge of economic and financial issues and the management of the French State’s investment portfolio. In 2002, he was a partner at Gide for five years. He was an Advisor for Economic and Industry Affairs from 1999 to 2002.

Mr. Thomas Buberl has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since September 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AXA from March 2016 to August 2016. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the global business line Life & Savings at the company. Previously, Mr. Buberl served as the Chief Executive Officer of AXA Konzern AG (Germany) from 2012 to April 2016.

Mr. Alban de Mailly Nesle has been the Chief Financial Officer of AXA since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Risk and Investment Officer of the company since January 2020. He served as the Group Chief Risk and Investment Officer of the company since 2013. He is also the Head of Group Insurance Office at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Latin America and Mediterranean Region in 2010 and Head of Group Corporate Finance and Treasury department in 2007. He joined the company in 2000. Mr. Nesle started his career at BNP Paribas in 1993.

Mr. Alexander Vollert has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of AXA Group Operations. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AXA Germany in 2016. Formerly, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Allianz Versicherungs-AG. He also worked with Allianz Deutschland AG.

Mr. Giovanni D’Aniello is the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief IT Officer and Deputy Director of Information Systems at the company.
