Mr. Tan Sri Shahril Ridza Ridzuan has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Khazanah Nasional Bhd from 2018 to 2021. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Employees Provident Fund of Malaysia from 2013 to 2018. Earlier, he also served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Investments) at EPF from 2009 to 2013.

Mr. Vivek Sood has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Joint Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Group Chief Marketing Officer at Telenor Group Inc. and also served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer at Telenor India. Mr. Sood served as the Chief Executive Officer at Grameenphone (Bangladesh). Earlier, he also served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Tata AIA Life Insurance.

Mr. Anthony Rodrigo has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Head of the North America Systems Integration Business for Nokia Siemens Networks. Mr. Rodrigo has over 20 years of leadership experience at British Telecom, AT&T, Nokia, NSN, and Hayleys in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Ms. Norlida Azmi has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Group Chief Human Resources Officer from 2020 to 2021. She held several roles in the banking industry overseas, including Chief Operating Officer of Business Development and Strategy, Wholesale Banking of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi. Previously, she also served as the Global Head of Talent Management; Group Chief Huma Resources Officer of the Commercial Bank of Qatar Group of Doha , Oman and UAE. Ms. Azmi also served as the Strategic Planning Head of Wholesale Banking Samba Financial Group of Saudi Arabia; and Chief of Staff to Group of ED, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Standard Chartered London, UK and Singapore.

Mr. Asri Hassan Sabri has been the Chief Corporate Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as a President for Motorola Malaysia from 2006 to 2008. He also worked as a Strategic Partner with Provident capital partners.
