Mr. Amitabh Chaudhry has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Director of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served at HDFC Life for nine years. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Infosys BPO; and the Head of testing unit at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Earlier, he worked at Credit Lyonnais Securities as the Head of Investment Banking franchise for Southeast Asia. Previously, he held several positions at Bank of America such as Head of Technology Investment Banking for Asia, Chief Finance Officer of Bank of America (India), and Regional Finance Head for Wholesale Banking and Global Markets.

Mr. Puneet Sharma has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since March 2020. Previously, he was associated with Tata Capital as a senior management functionary and was the Group Chief Financial Officer since 2014.

Mr. Prashant Joshi has been the Chief Credit Officer and Group Executive of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this, he worked over 13 years at the Industrial Development Bank of India in project finance.

Mr. Girish Paranjpe has been a Director of the bank since 2018. Previously, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Wipro's IT Business and Director at Wipro and Managing Director at Bloom Energy International.

Mr. Nurani Subramanian Vishwanathan has been the Part-Time Chairman of the bank since October 2023. Previously, he served various leadership roles at Reserve Bank of India. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Supervision at the Bank of Mauritius; Chief Vigilance Officer, and Head of Internal Audit with the Industrial Financial Corporation of India.
