Mr. Vincent C. Tizzio has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Insurance and Reinsurance from June 2022 to April 2023. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Specialty at The Hartford and President and CEO of Navigators Management Company. Previously he served leadership roles at The Hartford and Zurich Financial Services and AIG.

Mr. Peter J. Vogt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company, and also as the Chief Operating Officer of AXIS Insurance from 2013 to June 2017. In 2010, he joined AXIS as Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Accident & Health business unit. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at CIGNA’s Group Insurance business. He started his career at Hartford Life Insurance Company and spent approximately 14 years in a series of actuarial roles.

Ms. Noreen McMullan has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since September 2014. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at FirstKey Holdings. Earlier, she served at Bank of America’s Legacy Asset Services Group. Previously, Ms. McMullan held various positions at Morgan Stanley, including Chief Operations Officer of Global Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, and Chief Administrative Officer for Morgan Stanley subsidiary. She also served at Citigroup from 1988 to 1998.

Mr. David S. Phillips has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since April 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Investments for PartnerRe. Previously, he served as the Director of Research and Portfolio Manager at Oppenheimer Capital.

Mr. Stephen Lord has been the Global Chief Information Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Global Specialty, Corporate Systems, HIMCO, and Enterprise Architecture at The Hartford. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at Navigators Group and also held technology leadership roles at Endurance. Earlier, Mr. Lord spent six years with AXIS, holding a number of leadership roles including Chief Information Officer of Accident & Health, Global Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Officer of Reinsurance.
