Mr. Michael Garnreiter has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. He serves as a Director of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Shamrock Foods. He also served as the Managing Director at Fenix Financial Forensics from 2010 to 2012; Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at the Main Street Restaurant Group from 2002 to 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Garnreiter served as a Partner of Arthur Andersen from 1974 to 2002. He also served on the board of Knight Swift Transportation Holdings and Amtech Systems.

Ms. Brittany Bagley has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2022; and Director from September 2017 to April 2019 at Sonos, Inc. Previously, she served as the Managing Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. from 2017 to 2019. Ms. Bagley also served in various positions at KKR from 2007 to 2017. Earlier, she worked as an Analyst at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Director at Aurora Innovation, Inc

Mr. Joshua M. Isner has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer from 2018 to 2022, and Executive Vice President of Global Sales of the company. Prior to this, he held several leadership positions including Director of Leadership Development, Vice President of Video and Cloud Sales, and Northeast Regional Sales Executive of the company. Mr. Isner joined Axon in 2009 as a member of the Leadership, and Development Program.

Mr. Jeffrey C. Kunins has been the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Software at Axon; and Vice President of Alexa Entertainment at Amazon from 2018 to 2019. He also served as the Vice President of Kindle at Amazon from 2014 to 2018. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Product and Design at Skype, General Manager of Windows Live Messenger at Microsoft, and Vice President of Product at Tellme Networks Inc. Mr. Kunins joined the company in 2019.
