Mr. Michael Garnreiter has been the Chairman of the company since February 2012. He serves as a Director of the company since June 2006. He also served as the Managing Director at Fenix Financial Forensics; Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at the Main Street Restaurant Group from April 2002 to June 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Garnreiter served as a Partner of Arthur Andersen from 1974 to 2002. He also served on the board of Knight Swift Transportation Holdings and Amtech Systems.

From November 2021 to April 2022, he served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Splunk Inc. Mr. Smith has also served on the board of directors of Procore Technologies, Inc, since 2020. He also served on the board of directors of Talkdesk, Inc. since 2023. Mr. Smith served in varied leadership positions at salesforce.com, inc. from 2007 to 2015, comprising as Chief Financial Officer and most recently as Executive Vice President. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Advent Software Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Smith previously served on the board of directors of BlackLine, Inc. from 2015 to 2022; Citrix Systems, Inc., from 2015 to 2018; MINDBODY, Inc., from 2015 to 2019; Xero Limited from 2015 to 2020; Slack Technologies, Inc from 2018 to 2021; and Elliott Opportunity II Corp. from June to December 2021.

Ms. Brittany Bagley has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer; and Director from September 2017 to April 2019 at Sonos, Inc. Earlier, she worked as Director at Aurora Innovation, Inc

Mr. Jeffrey Kunins has been the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Alexa Entertainment at Amazon. He also served as the Vice President of Kindle at Amazon from 2014 to 2018. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Product and Design at Skype, General Manager of Windows Live Messenger at Microsoft, and Vice President of Product at Tellme Networks Inc. Mr. Kunins joined the company in 2019.

Mr. Isaiah Fields has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2021 to 2022. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs at Axon; Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona. Mr. Fields joined the company in 2011.
