Mr. Paul J. Grinberg has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Executive of International and Corporate Development at Encore Capital Group, Inc. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Brio Consulting Group, Inc. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Stellcom, Inc and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Grinberg also served for Deloitte & Touche LLP as a partner of Merger and Acquisition Services Group. Currently, he serves as the President of International and Corporate Development of Encore Capital Group.

Mr. Gregory Garrabrants has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the served as an investment banker, management consultant and attorney for more than 15 years. He was also Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs and served a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Derrick K. Walsh has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Manager in public accounting, auditing publicly traded organizations and financial institutions.

Mr. Raymond Matsumoto has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at CIT Group. Prior to this, Mr. Matsumoto held executive positions at OneWest Bank and Indymac Bank.

Mr. Eshel Bar Adon has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Seneca One Finance, Inc.
