Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel De Ayala has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Currently, he is the Chairman of Globe Telecom Inc, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Ayala Land Inc, AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation, and Asiacom Philippines Inc. He also serves as a Director of AC Ventures Holding Corp. Mr. De Ayala is the Co-Vice Chairman of the Makati Business Club. He serves as a Director at Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.

Mr. Cezar P. Consing has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Managing Director of the company and President and Chief Executive Officer of BPI from 2013 to 2021. Mr. Consing also served as a Director of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd., and the Myanmar-listed First Myanmar Investment Public Company Limited. He also served as the Partner at the Rohatyn Group from 2004 to 2013. Earlier, he was a Director of Jollibee Foods Corporation, CIMB Group Holdings, First Gen Corporation, and National Reinsurance Corporation. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of Ayala Land, Inc., Globe Telecom, Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and ACEN Corporation.

Ms. Maria Franchette M. Acosta has been the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, Managing Director and Head of Corporate Governance Group at the company since 2024. She also serves as the Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer of the company. Currently, she also serves as the Corporate Secretary of Ayala Land, Inc., AREIT, Inc., ACEN CORPORATION, Globe Telecom, Inc., and Integrated Micro-electronics, Inc.

Mr. Francisco Romero Milan has been the Head of Corporate Resources, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Managing Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer of Integrated-Micro Electronics, Inc. Mr. Milan also served as the Head of Human Resources and Sustainability of AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc. Currently, he also serves as a Director of HCX Technology Partners Inc., Mobility Access Philippines Ventures, Inc., and AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc Mr. Milan held various leadership roles at A.P. Moller-Maersk.

Mr. Jaime Z. Urquijo has been the Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Business Development at the company. Mr. Urquijo also served as the Head of Business Development for AF Payments, Inc. Currently, he serves as Director of ACEN Corporation, Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI/MS Insurance, Integrated Micro Electronics, Inc., AC Industrial Technology Holdings, Inc., and AC Ventures Holdings Corp. He also serves as the Chairman of Klima 1.5 Corp.
