Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ayala Corp from 2006 to 2021. He also served as Director of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited Mr. Ayala also serves as the Chairman of Ayala Corp, Globe Telecom Inc, Bank of the Philippine Island, AC Energy and Infrastructure Corp, and Asiacom Philippines Inc.

Mr. Cezar P. Consing has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions at the company, including Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corp; President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of the Philippine Islands; and worked at BPI as a Management Trainee and an Assistant Vice President. Mr. Consing served as a Director of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd, First Myanmar Investment Public Company Limited, Jollibee Foods Corp, CIMB Group Holdings, First Gen Corp, and National Reinsurance Corp. Earlier, he was the Chairman and President of the Bankers Association of the Philippines, President of Bancnet Inc, and the Partner at Rohatyn Group.

Ms. Anna Ma. Margarita B. Dy has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President of the company. Ms. Margarita held various positions at the company, including Head of the Residential Business Group, Head of the Malls Group, Senior Vice President, Head of Ayala Land Estates. She serves as the Chairman of AREIT, Inc. and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp.

Ms. Mariana Beatriz Zobel de Ayala has been the Head of Leasing and Hospitality, Senior Vice President and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President of Bank of the Philippine Islands. Ms. Ayala served as the Deputy Head of Ayala Malls and Project Development Manager of Alveo Land, subsidiaries of Ayala Land, Inc., and Business Development Associate of Ayala Corporation.

Mr. Jose Eduardo A. Quimpo II has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since August 2025. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at AREIT. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at ALI’s Leasing and Hospitality Group, Chief Risk Officer, and Head for Corporate Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations.
