AZZ Inc: Executives

Mr. Daniel E. Berce has been the Chairman of the company since April 2026. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors Financial Company, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Berce served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2010, President from 2003 to 2010, and Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 2003 of AmeriCredit Corp. He also served as the Director of Americredit Corp. from 1990 to 2010.

Mr. Thomas E. Ferguson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Ferguson served as the President from 2010 to 2012, as Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2010, as President of Flowserve Pump Division from 2003 to 2009, and as President of Flow Solutions Division at Flow Solutions Group from 2000 to 2002. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President and General Manager of Flow Solutions Division North America from 1999 to 2000 and as Vice President of Marketing and Technology for Flow Solutions Division from 1997 to 1999 at Flow Solutions Group.

Mr. Jason Crawford has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Precoat Metals segment at the company.

Ms. Tara D. Mackey has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as the Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at First Parts, Inc.
