Mr. Stephen C. Sherrill has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. He has been a Director of the company since 1996. He is the Founder of Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. and has been its Managing Director since in 1995. He served as an Officer at Citicorp Venture Capital from 1983 to 1994. Mr. Kenneth C. "Casey" Keller has been the Chief Executive officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive officer and President at JDE Peet’s NV. Previously, he served as global president of the Wm. He also served as president at Wrigley North America. He also served as president of Alberto Culver USA.

Mr. Bruce C. Wacha has been the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of B&G since 2017. Earlier, he served as a Chief financial officer and Director of Amira Nature Foods Ltd. from 2014 to 2017. He joined the company as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at B&G in 2017. Previously, he also worked with Deutsche Bank Securities, Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities.

Mr. Scott E. Lerner has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2009. He has been the Executive Vice President since 2006 of B&G. Mr. Lerner has also been the General Counsel and Secretary since 2005. He also served as an Associate in the corporate and securities, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups at Dechert, an international law firm.

Mr. Eric H. Hart has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Resources of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources at LifeCell from 2014. He also held Human Resources leadership positions at Avaya from 2007 to 2014, including Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits, Senior Director of Human Resources for Avaya Global Services and Director of Human Resources. He also served in Human Resources managerial positions at Mars and Novartis Pharmaceuticals in the past. Mr. Hart joined the company as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2015.
