Mr. Gilson Finkelsztain has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2017. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Cetip S/A from August 2013 to April 2017 and Director from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Finkelsztain worked at global institutions including Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Santander.

Mr. Rodrigo Antonio Nardoni Goncales is the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he was the PMO Associate Director and Managing Director of development of post-trading systems department of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Goncales worked at Citigroup Brasil from 2000 to 2002 and was an IT consultant at Banco Bradesco from 1998 to 2000. He served as System Analyst at IBM Brazil from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Marcos Vanderlei Belini Ferreira has been the Chief Financing Infrastructure Unit Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the as the Credit and Collections Officer between 2014 and 2016, as the Credit and Collections Officer of ACIVS (Cards, Real Estate, Vehicles and Insurance Area) in 2013 and as the Credit and Collections Officer for the automotive sector, for private individuals and legal entities, at Itaú in 2004. In 2001, he served as the Credit and Collections Officer of the Credit and Collections structure at Banco InvestCred.

Ms. Ana Buchaim serves as the Chief of People, Branding, Communication, Sustainability and Social Investment of the company. She held various position at Banco Santander, ABN Amro and Citibank.

Mr. Jose Ribeiro De Andrade is the Chief Product and Client Officer of the company. Previously, he was the Co-Head of Local Markets Trading Latam for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, Mr. Andrade worked for Citigroup as the Head Trader on Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Desk. He served at Local JV between Itau and Bankers Trust (IBT).
