Mr. Kenneth Young has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the President of B. Riley Financial Inc, and CEO of its subsidiary, B. Riley Principal Investments. Previously, Mr. Young served as the President and CEO of Lightbridge Communications Corporation from August 2008 to March 2016; Director of Orion Energy Systems Inc, Globalstar Inc, Liberty Tax Inc, bebe stores inc, B. Riley and Standard Diversified Opportunities Inc.

Mr. Louis Salamone has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BB&W since February 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Finance of the company from November 2018 to 2019. Mr. Salamone also serves as an advisor to MDx Diagnostics LLC. Previously, he served as the CFO of CityMD from April 2013 to December 2017; Vice President and CFO of OpenPeak Inc from April 2009 to March 2013, and Executive Vice President and CFO of LCC from June 2006 until April 2009.

Mr. Jimmy B. Morgan has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, Managing Director at Babcock & Wilcox Volund. Before that, he served as the Senior Vice President at Babcock & Wilcox.

Ms. Brandy Johnson has been the Chief Strategy and Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President for Global Engineering of B&W's global operations. From 2018-2020, she served as the Vice President for Global Projects. Ms. Johnson served as a Field Service Engineer in 1995.
