Mr. Jonathan W. Greenert has been the Chairman of the company since June 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief of Naval Operations and Vice Chief of Naval Operations at Navy. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Johnson Controls Federal Services, the Advisory Boards of UBS Americas, and Fidelis Cybersecurity.

Mr. Tom Arseneault serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President for Product Sectors of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Arseneault managed various organizations and programs for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company. Earlier, he held various engineering and program management positions at General Electric, and TASC.

Ms. Ann Ackerson has been the Chief Procurement Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management at Freeman. Previously, she served as the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Dresser-Rand.

Ms. Michelle Murphy has been the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources of the company. Previously, she held administration roles for the Intelligence & Security and Support Solutions sectors of BAE Systems, Inc.

Ms. Kimberly Kaminiski serves as the Chief Ethics Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served in various roles at Alliant Techsystems Inc include managing and functioning of Government Property, Technical Publications, Facilities, Records Management, and Business Ethics and Compliance.
