Mr. Charles Woodburn has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from May 2016 to July 2017. Mr. Woodburn held several senior management roles in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years, including the Chief Executive Officer of Expro Group. He served in various positions at Schlumberger for approximately 15 years.

Mr. Brad Greve has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he has over 30 years of experience in international engineering and technology businesses. He joined the company as Group Finance Director. Earlier, he held several of senior executive roles in Schlumberger, undertaking roles in Europe, Africa, South America and the US.

Ms. Cressida Hogg has been the Chairwoman of the company since May 2023. Previously, she served as a Director of London Stock Exchange Group plc. She also served at 3i Group. Currently, she is the Senior Independent Director of London Stock Exchange Group plc.

Mr. Julian Cracknell serves as the Chief Technology and Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served in various senior roles in the company including Managing Director of Applied Intelligence. Earlier, he served as a Director of National Security and Business Unit Manager for Defense Systems at Logica Plc.

Ms. Anjali Chaturvedi has been the Vice President and Chief Ethics Officer of the company since December 2025. Previously, she was the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Litigation and Investigations at the company. Prior to this, she worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation, BP, and Nixon Peabody LLP.
