Mr. Tarun Chugh has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since April 2017. He has over 22 years of experience in financial services and life insurance sector. He also held various responsibilities in sales, distribution, branch operations and Marketing in ICICI Prudential Life and general management. He served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PNB Metlife India Life Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Vipin Bansal had been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he worked in Risk, M&A, Internal Audit, and ESG roles in Bajaj Finserv Group. Previously, he served as a Partner in the firm's Assurance Practice at Price Waterhouse (and its network firms).

Mr. Chandramohan Mehra is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Previously, he served various senior leadership positions at Sony Pictures Networks India, Kotak Life, and SBI Life Insurance.

Mr. Farid Valani is the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to this, he had worked in several actuarial roles in the company. He holds over 15 years of experience in managing statutory valuation, regulatory and shareholder reporting.

Mr. Anil P.M. is the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Legal, Compliance, and Fraud Prevention Unit of the company. Mr. Anil has experience in the areas of corporate governance, laws, statutes, regulations, service marks, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.
