Mr. Leo Quinn has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of QinetiQ Group pPlc and De La Rue Plc. Mr. Quinn also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Invensys Plc. Earlier, he held various senior management roles at Honeywell Inc. He also served as a Director of Betfair Group Plc and Tomkins Plc.

Mr. Philip Harrison has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as a Group Finance Director of Hogg Robinson Group Plc, and VT Group Plc. Mr. Harrison also served as the Vice President of Finance at Hewlett-Packard Europe, Middle East and Africa regions and a Director of the EMEA. He held senior positions at Rank Xerox, Compaq, and Texas Instruments. He also served as a Director and the Chairman of Dowlais Group Plc.

Mr. Johnnie has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Civils at the company since February 2023. He joined Balfour Beatty in 1998 and managed various projects including the San Mateo Bridge Widening, Smith Creek Parkway, Surf City Bridge Replacement, U.S. 70 Havelock Bypass, Maysville Bypass, and the Northeast Water Purification Plant.

Mr. Chris Johnson has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Operations team at a UK software consultancy. He also held various global IT leadership roles at Schneider Electric, Invensys, De La Rue and QinetiQ.

Mr. Charles Allen has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of ISS AS, and EMI Music. Mr. Allen also served as the Chief Advisor to the British Home Office and Chief Executive of Granada Group, Compass Group, and ITV Plc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Global Media and Entertainment, THG Plc, and Invictus Games Foundation; and an Advisory Chairman of Moelis & Co.
