Mr. Horia Ciorcila has been the Chairman of the bank since 2002. He also serves as a Director of at Evergent Investments. Earlier, Mr. Ciorcila served as the Chairman at BT Aegon from 2007 to 2009 and Director at BT Asset Management.

Mr. Omer Tetik has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2013. Prior to this, he served at Credit Europe Bank as President from December 2010 to May 2013; First Vice-President from September 2009 to December 2010 and as Vice-President from September 2007 to September 2009. Mr. Tetik also served as the Vice-President of Treasury and Financial Institutions from December 2004 to June 2005. Earlier, he worked as Dealer in Foreign exchange department for Finansbank Istanbul AS.

Mr. George Calinescu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2014. He also serves a member of supervisory board in Volksbank Romania S.A. and Director in Improvement Credit Collection S.R.L. (ICC). Prior to this, Mr. Calinescu served at several position in RBS Bank (Romania) S.A. as Director, Vice Chairman and Financial Manager. Earlier, he served at ABN AMRO Bank (Romania) S.A and Alpha Bank Romania S.A as Head of Financial Department.

Mr. Leontin Toderici has been the Chief Operating Officer and a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2018. Prior to this, he served in multiple roles at the bank which included, General Manager in 2018; Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2018; Deputy Chief Operating Officer in 2005; Settlement Department Manager from 2000 to 2005; Programming Analyst from 1997 to 2000; and as Systems Engineer from 1996 to 1997.

Mr. Andrzej Dominiak has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the bank since 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Director of IT at Banca Transilvania, Romania. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer at PrivatBank and Chief Innovation Officer at Alior Bank.
