Banco BBVA Argentina SA: Executives

Mr. Lorenzo de Cristobal de Nicolas has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Options Desk at Bank of America. Previously, he served as a Director at Global Portfolio Management; Head of Market Risks; Director of Guaranteed and Quantitative Funds, and Investment Director at BBVA Asset Management.

Mr. Jorge Alberto Bledel is the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2024. Previously, he served in various leadership position for the bank such as Director of Business Development; Director of Digital Banking and Transformation; Manager of Innovation and Business Models; Manager of Investment Products and Insurance; Manager of Liabilities and Private Banking; Asset Management Manager and Portfolio Manager. He also served as a Director of Business Development for South America at BBVA Spain.

Ms. Carmen Morillo Arroyo has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2022. Previously, she served as the Global Financial Planning & Performance Discipline Leader at BBVA Group Holding Structure, Director of Planning and Management Control at Businesses in South America, Financial Analyst and Business Banking Manager at BBVA Spain and Manager of Planning and Management Control at South American Banks.

Mr. Eduardo Gonzalez Correas has been the Chief Legal Officer of the bank since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Legal Manager of Banking Businesses, Corporate and Investment Banking. Previosuly, he served as Attorney with Allende & Brea, and Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martinez de Hoz .

Mr. Gerardo Fiandrino has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2025. He also serves as a Director of Rombo Compania Financiera SA and Deputy Director of PSA Finance Argentina Compania Financiera SA. Previously, he served as the Chief Retail Banking Officer for South America at BBVA; Chief Wholesale Banking Officer for South America at BBVA and Retail Risk Manager at BBVA Argentina.
