Banco BBVA Argentina SA: Executives

Mr. Lorenzo de Cristobal de Nicolas has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Options Desk at Bank of America. Previously, he served as a Director of Global Portfolio Management; Head of Market Risks; Director of Guaranteed and Quantitative Funds, and Investment Director at BBVA Asset Management.

Mr. Martin Ezequiel Zarich has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2015. Prior to this, he held several positions at the bank such as Alternate Director; a Director at BBVA Consolidar Seguros S.A. and BBVA Frances Valores S.A.; Council Chairman of Fundación Banco Francés; Director of innovation and development; Merger Director; Planning Director; Financial Director; and Retail Banking Director of the bank. He also served as a Director of Credilogros and BBVA Banco Frances Uruguay. Previously, he was Deputy General Director of business development at BBVA Group; Economist at Banco de Credito Argentino; and Director of Planning, Control of Management and Economics at Banco de Credito Argentino.

Mrs. Morillo Arroyo has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2022. Previously, she worked as the Global Financial Planning and Performance Discipline Leader in the Holding structure of the BBVA Group. She served as the Director of Businesses in South America for Planning and Management Control. She was also the Financial Analyst and Business Banking Manager at BBVA Spain.

Mr. Eduardo Gonzalez Correas has been the Chief Legal Officer since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Legal Manager of Banking Businesses, Corporate and Investment Banking. Previosuly, he served as Attorney with Allende & Brea, and Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz .

Mr. Gerardo Fiandrino has been the Chief Risk Officer since 2015. He also serves as Director with Rombo Compañía Financiera SA, and PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera SA. Previously, he served in various positions such as Chief Retail Banking Officer and Chief Wholesale Banking Officer, South America. Earlier he served as Portfolio Control Manager and Senior Investment Banking Officer at Banco de Crédito Argentino.
