Mr. Carlos Eduardo Caballero Argaez has been the Chairman of the bank since 2005. Previously, he served as Director of Banco de la Republica from 2001 to 2003. He served as Minister of Mines and Energy from 2000 to 2001. Formerly, he served as Advisor to Boards of Directors of Columnist of El Tiempo y el Pais from 1997 to 1999. He worked with Bogota Stock Exchange as President from 1994 to 1997. Earlier, he worked with Luis Soto & Cia. Ltda, Colombian Banking Association, and Foundation for Higher Education and Development – Fedesarrollo.

Mr. Mario Pardo Bayona has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the bank since 2020. Previously, he held various positions in the bank including Head of Enterprise Clients and Director of Strategy and Transformation. Formerly, he worked with Goldman Sachs International and Lehman Brothers International.

Mr. Camila Escobar Corredor has been the Second Vice Chairman of the bank since 2021. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Juan Valdez Café since 2018. Prior to this, he worked with Belcorp as Marketing and Business Intelligence Manager from 2016 to 2018 and as Business Intelligence Manager from 2011 to 2015. He served as Project Manager from 2008 to 2011, Summer Associate from 2007 to 2008, and Business Analyst from 2005 to 2006 at Mckinsey & Company.

Mr. Xavier Queralt Blanch has been the First Vice President and Director of the bank since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chairman of CX Vida and UNNIM Vida; and as the Chief Executive Officer of Banco Catalunya Caixa and UNNIM Banc. Formerly, he served as Territorial Director at Catalonia from 2008 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Director at BBVA Management Units and Head of the Commercial Banking at BBVA Portugal.
