Mr. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi has been the Chairman of the bank since October 2017. He also serves as the Chairman of BBD Participaçoes S.A, Bradespar S.A., Bitz Instituicao de Pagamento S.A., Bradesco Capitalizaçao S.A., and Bradesco Vida e Previdencia S.A. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Executive Officers of the bank from March 2009 to March 2018. He served as the Vice-Chairman at the bank and the Chairman at Elo Participacoes SA. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bradesco Seguros SA since 2003 and as a Director at Bradesco Seguros SA from 1999 to 2005. Earlier, he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Board, Managing Director, and Department Director at the bank. He also served as Chairman of Bradesco Life and Pension and the Insurance Group.

Mr. Alexandre da Silva Gluher has been the Vice Chairman of the bank since August 2022. He also serves as a Managing Officer at Fundacao Bradesco, Director of Companhia Brasileira de Gestao de Servicos, and Vice President of Next Tecnologia e Serviços Digitais S.A., Bradesco Leasing S.A., and Bradesco Leasing S.A. Mr. Marcelo de Araujo Noronha has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2023. He also serves as Vice President of Elo Participaçoes S.A, Managing Officer of Fundaçao Bradesco, and f Directors of Alelo - Instituiçao de Pagamento S.A., Elo Serviços S.A and Livelo S.A. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of the bank. from 2015 until 2023. Prior to this, he held the position of Executive Managing Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A. from 2012 to 2015, and before that, he was the Executive Deputy Officer from 2010 to 2012. He began his career at Banco Banorte in 1985 and later worked as a Commercial Officer at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brasil S.A.

Mr. Francesco Di Marcello has been an Executive Officer of the bank since 2024. Previously, he served as the Lead Partner of the Agile Service Line in Latin America and Co-Leader of the Global Digital & Agile Service Line/Financial Institutions at McKinsey & Company. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Optima eXchange Services. He also held the position of Managing Director of Tescom Group and Managing Director - Financial Services at Optima Group.

Mr. Rubens Aguiar Alvarez has been a Director of the bank since May 2021. He also serves as the Deputy Officer at Fundacao Bradesco, Director and Officer at Cidade de Deus - Companhia Comercial de Participacoes, Director of Bradespar S.A., and Deputy Officer of NCD Participacoes Ltda. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Partner, and Executive Officer of Santa Maria Agropecuaria Ltda. Earlier, he worked with Aguiar Alvarez Empreendimentos e Participacoes Ltda and served as Chief Executive Officer.
