Mr. Carlos Guillermo Arango Uribe is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as Agency Director at Conavi, and Financial Assistant and Manager of Construction Department at Compania Seguros Bolivar.

Mr. Javier Jose Suarez Esparragoza has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Marketing Assistant at the Bolivar SA Insurance Company. He also served as the Head of Health Insurance Marketing at Seguros Comerciales Bolívar and Management Assistant, Actuarial Assistant and Vice President of Financial Risks and Director of Financial Risks in the Bolivar SA Insurance Company.

Mr. Jorge Rojas Dumit is the Executive Vice President of Commercial of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Leasing Bolívar S.A. He also served as the Chief Corporate and International Banking Officer at Banco Colpatria. Earlier, he served as a member of the Board of Mineros S.A., Banco Colpatria, ACH Colombia S.A., and Davivalores S.A.

Ms. Martha Luz Echeverry is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at the bank. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ericsson for Latin America and the Caribbean from 2007 to 2017.

Mr. Jamie Castaneda Roldan is the Vice President of Treasury and International Business of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Treasury Officer and Foreign Exchange Division Manager at Banco Industrial Colombiano. Previously, Mr. Roldan worked as the Chief Treasury Officer at Banco Cafetero.
