Mr. Luis Enrique Yarur Rey is the Chairman of the bank. He also serves as the Chairman of Empresas Juan Yarur S.A.C, Vice President of the Association of Banks and Financial Institutions AG and Director of Bci Seguros de Vida SA and BCI Seguros Generales SA. He also serves as President of Jordan SA, Salcobrand SA and Vina Morande SA and Vice President and Director of Banco de Credito del Peru. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of the bank for 11 years.

Mr. Eugenio Von Chrismar Carvajal has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2015. He has ample experience in the Chilean and international financial industry, having held positions such as Finance Manager of Citibank, Chile; Director of Investment Banking in Citibank, Mexico; Director of Investment Banking at Bank of America, Mexico; and General Manager of Tanner Corredores de Chile.

Mr. Jose Luis Ibaibarriaga Martinez has been the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the bank since 2015. He has extensive experience, serving in positions as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance Technical administrative telecommunications companies such as Electrolux, BellSouth, Telefonica and Aramark both in Chile and internationally.

Mr. Patricio Subiabre Montero has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the bank since 2015. He has more than 30 years of experience in the national and regional finance sector. Mr. Montero began his career with Citibank, where he served as the Chief Operating and Technology Officer for Chile and other countries.

Mr. Antonio Le Feuvre Vergara has been the Chief Corporate Risk Officer of the bank since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Manager of Electronic Banking, Real Estate, and Corporate. Previously, he served as a Director at Artikos Subsidiaries.
