Mr. Luis Fernando Restrepo Echavarria has been the Chairman of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the bank from 2016 to 2022. Currently he also serves as the President of Crystal SAS.Previously, he served as a Directors at Constructora Conconcreto S.A. He aslo serves as a Dircetor of Espumas Plásticas SAS, Etiflex SA (Lithography), and Proantioquia.

Mr. Juan Carlos Mora Uribe has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2016. He also serves as a President of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Innovation and Digital Transformation from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Corporate Services Officer at Corporacion Financiera Nacional y Suramericana S.A from 2005 to 2015; Vice President of Risk (2004-2005); and Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Mauricio Rosillo Rojas has been the Vice President of Business at the bank since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate at the bank. He served as Chief Legal Officer at the bank from 2008 to 2019. Previously, he served in as various positions such as Fedeleasing General Secretary, Acting Solidarity Economy Superintendent, Financial Regulation Director at the Ministry of Finance, Chancellor of the Colombian Stock Exchange, and most recently, and President of the Stock Exchange Self-regulator.

Mr. Rodrigo Prieto Uribe has been the Vice President of Risk at the bank since 2011. He served as Corfinsura Planning and Risk Manager, Bancolombia Capital Allocation and Risk Quantification Manager, and Planning and Projects Director between 2005 and 2011.

Mr. Jose Mauricio Rodriguez Rios is the Vice President of Audit of the bank. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Banco Agrícola, Director of Audit for Business and Support Areas; Manager of Investment Audit, and Head of Mortgage and Personal Banking Audit at Bancolombia Group.
