Mr. Luis Fernando Restrepo Echavarria has been the Chairman of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the bank from 2016 to 2022. Currently he also serves as the President of Crystal SAS.Previously, he served as a Directors at Constructora Conconcreto S.A. He aslo serves as a Dircetor of Espumas Plásticas SAS, Etiflex SA (Lithography), and Proantioquia.

Mr. Juan Carlos Mora Uribe has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2016. He also serves as a President of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Innovation and Digital Transformation from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Corporate Services Officer at Corporacion Financiera Nacional y Suramericana S.A from 2005 to 2015; Vice President of Risk (2004-2005); and Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Mauricio Botero Wolff has been the Vice President of Strategy and Finance at the bank since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Administrative Services and Security and Customer and Employee Services at the bank. Earlier, he served various roles at Bancolombia Group.

Ms. Claudia Echavarria Uribe is the Vice President of Legal and General Secretary of the bank. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Vice President at Almacenes Exito. Previously, she worked with Banca de Inversion Bancolombia.

Mr. Mauricio Rosillo Rojas has been the Vice President of Business at the bank since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate at the bank. He served as Chief Legal Officer at the bank from 2008 to 2019. Previously, he served in as various positions such as Fedeleasing General Secretary, Acting Solidarity Economy Superintendent, Financial Regulation Director at the Ministry of Finance, Chancellor of the Colombian Stock Exchange, and most recently, and President of the Stock Exchange Self-regulator.
