Mr. Luis Fernando Restrepo Echavarria has been the Chairman of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the bank from 2016 to 2022. Currently he also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Crystal SAS. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of - Constructora Conconcreto S.A, Etiflex S.A and Espumas Plasticas S.A.S – Comodisimos. Earlier, he served on the Board of Directors of ANDI.

Mr. Juan Carlos Mora Uribe has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Innovation and Digital Transformation from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Corporate Services Officer of Corporación Financiera Nacional y Suramericana S.A from 2005 to 2015; Vice President of Risk (2004-2005); and Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Jose Humberto Acosta Martin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the bank since January 2020. He serves as Vice President of Finance of the bank since June 2012. Previously, he served as International Manager and International Banking Director of Corfinsura S.A.

Ms. Claudia Echavarria Uribe has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the bank since December 2019. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Vice President at Almacenes Exito. Previously, she worked with Banca de Inversion Bancolombia.

Mr. Mauricio Rosillo Rojas has been the Corporate Vice President of the bank since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as Chief Legal Officer of the bank from 2008 to 2019. Previously, he served in as various positions such as Fedeleasing General Secretary, Acting Solidarity Economy Superintendent, Financial Regulation Director at the Ministry of Finance, Chancellor of the Colombian Stock Exchange, and most recently, and President of the Stock Exchange Self-regulator.
