MR. Pol. Gen. Suwat Jangyodsuk has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this he served as senator of secretariat of the senate from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he served as commissioner. He also served as Director of government Lottery Officer.

Ms. Phatpuree Chinkulkitnivat has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Accounting and Finance for the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as Senior Executive Vice President of the Accounting and Finance Divison for the company; Acting Executive Vice President for the company; Financial Controller for the company; Executive Vice President for BCPG PCL; Senior Executive Vice President of the Finance and Accounting department for BCPG PCL. Ms. Chinkulkitnivat has also served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning Head under the Office of President for Commercial Banking Group, and as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, for the Commercial Banking Group.

Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach has been the Chief Executive Officer, President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Currently, Mr. Kovavisarach also serves as the Chairman of OKEA ASA; Director of BCP Trading Pte. Ltd; Chairman of the Thai-Europe Business Council; Director of Thailand Management Association; and Vice Chairman of The Federation of Thai Industries; among others.

Mr. Bundit Hansapaiboon has been the Acting president of Refinery and Marketing business Group since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President of the Bangchak Sriracha PCL; Senior Executive Vice President of the Corporate Sustainability Development and Strategic Synergy for the company; Executive Vice President of the Planning and Trading Business for the company; Senior Vice President of Planning and Trading Business for the company; Senior Vice President of Refinery Strategic and Planning for the company; Vice President of Renewable Energy Business for the company; and as Assistant Managing Director of the Bangchak Biofuel Co. Ltd.

Mr. Chokchai Atsawarangsalit has been the Chief Transformation and Synergy Realization Officer of the company since 2024. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Winnonie Company Limited, vice chairman of Baimai Punsuk (Happiness Sharing) Foundation, Director of General Energy Manning Company Limited, Director of Data Cafe Company, Director of BCV innovation company limited and Director of BTSG company limited. Prior to this he served as senior executive vice president of corporate management and organization development.
