Mr. Plew Trivisvavet has been the Acting Chairman since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Ch. Karnchang Public Company Limited from 1994 to 2015, and as Director of the company from 1994 to 2015. He also served as the Chairman of Bangkok Metro Public Company Limited from 2004 to 2015. Presently, he serves as Director of CK Power Public Company Limited, TTW Public Company Limited, Xayaburi Power Company Limited, Nam Ngum 2 Power Company Limited, and SouthEast Asia Energy Limited; and as Chairman of the company’s subsidiary Northern Bangkok Expressway Company Limited.

Mr. Sombat Kitjalaksana has been the Managing Director and Director of the company since 2015. He also serves as Director of TTW Public Company Limited and Bangkok Metro Networks Limited; and as Acting Managing Director of Northern Bangkok Expressway Company Limited. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited from 2001 to 2010; Managing Director of Bangkok Metro Public Company Limited from 2000 to 2011.
