Deputy Chairman Executive BoardMr. Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamed bin Hilal Al Said has been the Deputy Chairman of the bank since 2020. He is a Director General of Audit at the RCA and Chairman of Oman Fixed Income Fund, and Izdihar Real Estate Fund and Deputy Chairman of Nahdha Al Duqum Holding Co. SAOC.

Saud bin Mustahail Al Mashani
Director Non Executive BoardMr. Saud bin Mustahail Al Mashani has been a Director of the bank since 2013. Previously, he served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development in Muscat Overseas Group. Prior to that, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs- International Organizations and later served at the Embassy of Sultanate of Oman in the United Kingdom. Sheikh Dr. Saud Al Mashani is also a Director in Dhofar Foods and Investment SAOG and Dhofar International Development & Investment SAOG.
Faisal bin Abdullah bin Shaban Al Farsi
Director Non Executive BoardMr. Faisal bin Abdullah bin Shaban Al Farsi has been a Director of the bank since March 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Social Protection Fund. Prior to that, he was a Director of Ooredoo Oman Board and the United GCC Fund. Dr. Faisal Al Farsi has also been a board member of several Joint Stock Companies.
