Mr. Brian T. Moynihan has been the Chairman of the company since 2014, and is its Chief Executive Officer since 2010. He leads the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council of the company. Mr. Moynihan also serves as a Member of the Brown University Corporation's Board of Fellows, Chairman of the Watson Institute Board of Governors, Director of Catalyst, and Chairman of the Council on Competitiveness.

Mr. Paul M. Donofrio has been the Vice Chairman of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company between August 2015 and November 2021. He held several key roles such as the Co-Head of Global Corporate and Investment Banking and a Co-Head of Global Investment Banking at the company since 1999. Previously, Mr. Donofrio served as a Senior Member of the Healthcare Group at UBS from 1994 to 1999. Earlier, he worked in the Healthcare, Technology, and Debt Restructuring groups at Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Mr. Alastair M. Borthwick has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2021. He also serves as a Director of Posse Foundation. Prior to this, he served as the President of Global Commercial Banking of the company. Previously, he served as the Co-Head of Global Capital Markets and Managing Director of the company.

Mr. Darrin Steve Boland has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of Retail Banking of the company.

Mr. Geoffrey S. Greener has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he held several senior roles at the company including Enterprise Capital Management Executive. Previously, Mr. Greener was a Portfolio Manager at Caxton Associates. He worked with Goldman Sachs, from 1987 to 1995.
