Mr. Ren Deqi has been the Chairman of the bank since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and an Executive Director from August 2018 to January 2020. Before that, Mr. Deqi served as an Executive Director and as an Executive Vice President of Bank of China from December 2016 to June 2018. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bank of China Shanghai Renminbi Trading Business Headquarters from September 2016 to June 2018. Earlier, Mr. Deqi held several positions of responsibility within China Construction Bank, that included Deputy General Manager of Credit Approval Department, General Manager of Risk Monitoring Department, General Manager of Credit Management Department, General Manager of Hubei Branch and General Manager of Risk Management Department.

Mr. Qian Bin has been an Executive Vice President of the bank since July 2021 and is its Chief Information Officer since October 2022. He held various positions in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, including General Manager and Principal of the Internet Finance Department, General Manager of Data Centre (Shanghai), Deputy General Manager of the Private Banking Department, Deputy General Manager of the Information Technology Department, General Manager of the Information Technology Department and Director of the Technology Security Centre, Deputy General Manager of the Information Technology Department and Assistant to General Manager of the Information Technology Department of the Shanghai Branch.

Mr. Liu Jianjun has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since June 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Expert of the Bank, Director of the Internal Control and Case Prevention Office, President of the Beijing Branch. He also held various leadership position for the bank.

Mr. Lin Hua has been the Chief Business Officer of Retail and Private Business Sector of the bank since June 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer of the bank. He held various positions in the bank, including President of the Jiangsu Branch, President and Executive Vice President of the Jiangxi Branch, Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Executive of the Shanghai Branch, Senior Manager of the Credit Department, Division Chief of the Credit Management Division, Director and Deputy Director of the General Office, Assistant to Manager of the Marketing Department and Assistant to Division Chief of the Credit Division of the Shanghai Branch.

Mr. Tu Hong has been the Chief Business Officer (Interbank and Market Business Sector) of the bank since September 2018. He held various leadership roles in the bank including General Manager of the Financial Institution Department of the bank’s Head Office, Chief Executive Officer of the Asset Management Business Center, Financial Market Business Center, and Precious Metal Business Center. He also served as the General Manager of the Financial Market Department, New York Branch, Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department of the bank’s Head Office, and Executive Vice President of the Guangzhou Branch.
