Mr. Rajneesh Karnatak has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank and was appointed as Executive Director in Union Bank of India in 2021. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager at Oriental Bank of Commerce, overseeing various branches and administrative offices. He has also served as Non-Executive Chairman of UBI Services Ltd. and as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of UBI (UK) Limited.

Mr. P R Rajagopal has been a Director of Bank of India since 2020. Previously, he served as a Director at Allahabad Bank. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager at Union Bank of India. He was seconded to Indian Banks' Association as Legal Adviser. Mr. Rajagopal began his career as an Officer at Bank of India.

Mr. Rajiv Mishra has been a Director of the bank since 2024. Previously, he served as the Zonal Head and Regional Head for Union Bank of India, overseeing critical units in Mumbai, Lucknow, Kolkata, and Varanasi. He also held the position of Head of Digital, IT & Analytics, Recovery and Liabilities at Union Bank of India. Additionally, he served on the boards of Kashi Gomti Samyut Gramin Bank, UP Industrial Consultant Ltd, and UBI Services Ltd.

Mr. Subrat Kumar has been a Director of the bank since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank and the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he held the position of Regional Head, Patna, and was responsible for Treasury Management, Audit & Inspection, and Credit Monitoring & Corporate Credit. He has also been on the Boards of FIMMDA and BoB Capital Markets Ltd.

Mr. Satyendra Singh has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer of the company.
