Mr. Warwick Negus has been the Chairman of the bank since March 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of 452 Capital and Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Mr. Negus served as a Goldman Sachs Managing Director in Australia, London, and Singapore and Vice President of Bankers Trust Australia.

Mr. Patrick Allaway has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Executive Chairman of the bank from November 2022 to February 2023. Prior to this role, he served as Non-Executive Chairman of the bank since October 2019. He possesses vast experience across a diverse range of sectors, which include financial services, property, media and retail. Mr. Allaway has served as Managing Director at SBC Capital Markets & Treasury. He has served in multiple roles at Citibank and Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) working in Sydney, New York, Zurich and London, during his tenure of association within the financial services sector.

Ms. Racheal Kellaway has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since July 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the bank. She has over 20 years of corporate experience across finance, operations, and strategy.

Mr. Craig Ryman has been the Chief Information Officer of the bank since July 2020. He holds more than 20 years’ of experience in financial services, leading technology transformation programs. Prior to joining BOQ, he worked at AMP Limited as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Alexandra Taylor has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2024.Prior to this she served Chief People Officer to NAB’s two largest business units.
