Mr. Roberto R. Herencia is the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the community banking subsidiary, Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded community bank, Head of Emerging Markets at a major domestic and international bank, and Consultant to regulators, community banks, and private equity investors. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at BXM Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Mark J. Grescovich has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Banking Officer of FirstMerit Corporation and FirstMerit Bank N.A. He also served in various commercial and corporate banking positions, including Chief Credit Officer of FirstMerit Corporation from 1994 to 2007. Earlier, he was a Managing Partner of Corporate Finance at Sequoia Financial Group, Inc., and a Commercial and Corporate Lending Officer and Credit Analyst at Society National Bank of Cleveland.

Mr. Robert G. Butterfield has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company and Banner Bank since October 2023. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Banner Bank and Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Sterling Savings Bank.

Ms. Jill M. Rice has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Banner Bank since 2020. In 2002, she joined Banner Bank as a Regional Credit Risk Manager and promoted to Senior Credit Officer in 2008. She holds over 35 years of credit-related experience including the position of Senior Bank Examiner at the FDIC.

Mr. James M. Costa has been the Chief Operating Officer of Banner Bank since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Risk Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Credit Officer at Minnesota-based TCF Financial Corporation.
