Mr. Pierre-Alain Gritching has been the Chairman of the bank since 2017. Additionally, he also serves as the Chairman of Victor & Armand Zwissig SA, Sierre and Praz SA, Sierre. He serves as a Director of PAG Holding SA, Sierre; Sierre-Montana-Crans Railway and Bus Company(SMC) SA, Crans-Montana, SI du Bourg SA, Sierre; Consumer real estate company of Sierre SA, Reitzel AG, Recovis SA, Saillon, vg invest ag, and BHL Concrete SA. Previously, he worked as a Chairman of Provins Valais and President of the Valais Banking Association. He also served as a Director of UBS Valais and Retail Director for the Bern-Valais-Fribourg region – COOP.

Mr. Oliver Schnyder is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he worked as an Associate of a law firm-notary in Brig and held various executive positions with a major Swiss bank for the Bern-Mittelland region. He also served as a Director of economic and political associations and Partner of a law firm in Bern.

Mr. Christian Donze is the Head of the Finance and Credit division of the company. Prior to this, he held positions in auditing, finance, risk management, wealth management, and investment banking, in Switzerland and abroad. He also served as a Management of international banking networks and held various executive and managerial positions with Swiss bank.
