Ms. Tara Christie has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. She has also been a Director at the company since 2013. Ms. Christie is a mining executive with over 20 years of operational experience. She has managed private and publicly listed mineral resource companies and served as a Member at Yukon Environmental and Socioeconomic Assessment Board.

Mr. David Rutt serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Stratus Aeronautics, a private company involved in developing unmanned aerial vehicles. Prior to this, Mr. Rutt served as the Secretary and Treasurer at Landis Energy from 2002 to 2010; and as the Chief Financial Officer at Landis Energy from 2009 to 2010. He has been a Management Consultant since 2006 with a focus on senior management financial roles in private and public companies.
