Mr. Thomas O. Barnes has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Director for New England Bank Shares Inc, from 2007 to 2012. He also served as a Director of Valley Bank from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Barnes also worked for over 40 years as a Chairman of the Board since 1995.

Mr. Thomas J. Hook has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of SaniSure Inc from 2019 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Q Holding Company from 2017 to 2022. Earlier, he worked as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Integer from 2006 to 2017. Mr. Hook worked as the President of CTI Solution Group from 2002 to 2004. Currently, he serves as a Director of NeuroNexus Inc.

Julie K. Streich has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, she held several leadership positions, including the Senior Vice President, Head of Finance Operations and Global Planning and Analytics, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Direct Energy Home Business, and Vice President of Corporate Finance at Centrica PLC. Ms. Streich also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Pentair Process Technologies from 2008 to 2012. Earlier, Ms. Streich served at Eagle Materials, Irwin Financial Corp, MeadWestvaco, and Menasha Corporation from 1992 to 2008.
