Mr. John R. Ryan has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director. Previously, he also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Centre for Creative Leadership’s Board of Governors from 2007 to 2022.

Mr. Michael P. Huseby has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of the company from 2015 to 2022, President and Chief Financial Officer at Barnes & Noble. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President, Director and Chief Financial Officer at Cablevision Systems Corporation. Mr. Huseby served as the Executive Vice President, Director and Chief Financial Officer at Charter Communications, Inc, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at AT&T Broadband, Director at CommerceHub, Inc.

Mr. Kevin F. Watson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Barnes & Noble Education and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Paraco Gas Corporation. Previously he served leadership roles at Cablevision Systems Corporation, PanAmSat Corporation, and Entex IT Service.

Ms. Seema C. Paul has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she was the Corporate Controller at Covanta Holding Corporation from 2014 to 2015, Senior Director of External Reporting & Technical Accounting from 2013 to 2014, Director of External Reporting from 2011 to 2013, Manager of External Reporting from 2005 to 2010. She held various senior financial roles with companies, including Net2Phone, Sybase, Inc. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Mr. Stephen Culver has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer of Giorgio Armani Corporation.
